Target

  • Standardization and harmonization of HR processes
  • Increasing the quality and efficiency of HR processes
  • Establishment of a global HR process map

Challenges

  • Decentralized HR structures
  • Lack of global coordination
  • Inconsistent HR processes

Approach

Hansgrohe chose an accompanying service variant of TraSy. This approach combined our expertise with the flexibility to use TraSy independently to improve HR processes.

The global transformation was based on an HR maturity analysis and process analytics. In the first step, the HR processes are recorded, analyzed, and evaluated holistically. Based on this, recommendations for action and a roadmap are then derived.
