Approach

Hansgrohe chose an accompanying service variant of TraSy. This approach combined our expertise with the flexibility to use TraSy independently to improve HR processes.

An HR maturity analysis and process analytics form the basis for the global transformation. In the first step, the HR processes are recorded, analyzed, and evaluated holistically. Based on this, recommendations for action and a roadmap are then derived.

All global HR processes were captured within two weeks, and an HR knowledge base containing all international best practices was created.
