  • Standardization and harmonization of HR processes
  • Increasing the quality and efficiency of HR processes
  • Establishment of a global HR department

  • Decentralized HR structures
  • Lack of global coordination
  • Inconsistent HR processes

Hansgrohe chose an accompanying service variant of TraSy. This approach combined our expertise with the flexibility to use TraSy independently to improve HR processes.

An HR maturity analysis and process analytics form the basis for the global transformation. In the first step, the HR processes are recorded, analyzed, and evaluated holistically. Based on this, recommendations for action and a roadmap are then derived.

All global HR processes were captured within two weeks, and an HR knowledge base containing all international best practices was created.

  • “We have found that certain HR processes are different – and we know which ones they are.”
  • “There is a different understanding of the HR processes – and we know where.”
  • “There is a difference in the level of HR competencies – and we know with whom.”
